Start Time: Sunday, February 3, 2008, 9:00AM mass start run

Running Order:
1) 5k Run 2) 5k Mountain Bike 3) 5k Snowshoe 4) 5k Cross Country Ski (Schedule subject to change, check this page for future updates.)

COMPETITION
Format: The Quadrathlon will start, transition, and finish in the finish area of the American Family InsuranceBadger State cross country ski courses at 9 Mile Forest. The run and bike portions of the Quad will be held on the roads and forest roads off Red Bud Road. The course will be flat with some hills. The snowshoe and ski portions of the Quad will be held on the ski trails at 9 Mile Forest, which will be groomed for each event. The ski Course will have both classic and skate tracks.

Equipment:Bike: Helmets are required for all mountain bike riders and must meet ANSI and SNELL requirements. Fat, wide, knobby, all-terrain bike tires only. Minimum tire dimensions: 1.5" width, 26" diameter. Mandatory bike inspection will take place prior to the race.Snowshoes:

Snowshoes are available on a first come, first served basis. Please call 608-226-4780 ext. 232 before Jan. 20, 2007. Limited equipment available.
