COURSE DESCRIPTION
Swim Eagle Lake, bike Red & Blue Trails, run the beach & Green trail. After the swim, transition to the bike, offering challenging hills (the most famous is “Cardiac”,) “the Trenches” resemble a Nascar track (high-banked turns), stream crossing and “Grannies Garden”.
The run pits you against beach sand, and woods welcome you for a challenging off road run.
Distances: Tri: Swim: ½ mile; bike is 12.5 miles and the run is 4 miles. Du: 2 mi run, 12.5 mile bike, and 4 mile run.
