Change of plans -- Cottage time...

Well, we had a change in plans -- no big boat trip this year -- instead we'll spend our time at the Cottage and enjoy some Cottage time.

Today we made our way to the cottage with the prius full of "stuff" and 4 bikes on top -- plus the F150 with the ski boat in tow. We'll be at the Cottage for most of the summer until the boy's need to go back to school.

The advantage of the Cottage from the IronMan training standpoint is ability to swim right off the pier, bike ride along the shores of Green Bay with little traffic, and plenty of room to get the run in. It is so nice just having the water right there to get that swim in -- I'm not much on driving someplace for the swim, bike, or run.

We just settled into the Cottage, launched the boat, and did some sunset fishing off the pier. The Mini's caught probably 10+ fish between them with many putting up quite a fight. We have both the MTB's and the road bikes up here, so we plan on doing quite a bit of biking over the summer.
