Dad is about halfway on the first lap when we caught up with him. He had a big smile on his face and was looking strong. For the first segment of the route was 22.5 miles and he did it in 1:23:09 with averaging 16.24 mph. Its only 82 degrees out right now 12:00. So far no wind, not sure if that is good since it's going to be so hot.
