Today was my 1st two(2) hour workout day since I completed IronMan Wisconsin on Sept 9th.
I did 80 minutes on the treadmill and 40 minutes on the bike -- overall I felt pretty good.
Thursday I have an hour and 40 minutes scheduled for the treadmill...
