Well, I have bad news -- Team BRAZO had to leave the shores of Hilton Head and head back to the cold/cloudy/why do we live here/Wisconsin. We drove 11 hours on Saturday and spent the night in Louisville, KY -- too tired to checkout any of the IronMan courses -- but did notice many many logs going down the swim course.
After letting my hamstring rest from the unsuccessful race with Oldest Mini, I did a slow run on the treadmill and even though the hamstring was tight -- it was doable and should be fine in a few days.
Time to review the IronMan training plan and make sure I'm on pace for IronMan Louisville -- really looking forward to it -- Louisville looked like a great place...

What hurts more the loss or the tight hamstring? Just remember logs going down the swim course means a nice current to take you along. (Unless you are swimming against it, then good luck.
