Good Training Week...

This week was one of the biggest training weeks so far on my IronMan Louisville training plan. I completed 11 hours of training. The hour breakdown was the following:

Swim - 1 hour
Bike - 5 hours
Run - 5 hours

Outside of my injured hamstring (which is still a problem), I felt pretty good on the training. I missed another hour of swimming that was scheduled, but I'm not too concerned with my swimming at this point.

I was able to get outside on the bike last Sunday for an hour, but the rest of the week either had rain or colder temps.

Felt good to get those hours up there just a bit. Now a day off tomorrow, which should help my hamstring.
