Two more weeks before I get back on the IronMan Training schedule. I'm looking forward to getting back on the bike and back in the pool.
The boat project is nearing the end -- just a few items to finish up and then off to the canvas shop for a few pieces to be made. This week we took the boat out for a hour or so to test out the items that I had installed. All worked great. Many of you may be geeked out on IronMan's or tri's or whatever floats your boat -- but I have been geeked out on boats for a number of years. Something about being on the water and "free" from the world anchored in some Lake Michigan cove -- floats my boat.
I have been running everyother day -- which is just enough to stay "involved", but I need to expand that to 5-6 days a week soon.
November 1st is the date.

Thanks for the comment on my blog yesterday. It really helped in today's workout. I set out to swim 1000 yards and did it and then went in the workout room to bike 6 miles. Was really tired after three and made the excuse that I had just went swimming, so I was ready to stop and then you popped in my head and I finished my 6 miles. Thanks so much!!
