Ok, ever since Sunday when I started back up on the IronMan training plan -- my body is in need of constant food. After IMKY, my weight was 170 and it has stayed in the low 170's ever since. This is in comparison to last year (2007) when I did IMWI at 175 but started my IMKY training at 182.
Last I checked I was at 177 and still eating. Picking up the pace and the amount of hours normally gets me eating more for the first couple of weeks and then it tapers off.
This is what I love about IronMan training -- it is watching/feeling how your body reacts to the training...
