The Need for Sleep...

After completing the 42 mile week, my body just kindof shut down. Not to the point that I could fall asleep during the day, but to the point that I just needed to sit in front of the tv and veg out.

I stayed up until 10PM last night and ended up sleeping until 8:00AM this morning. Normally I will sleep around 8 hours max.

This is what I love about working out -- feeling your body adjust/complain about the workouts. This is one of the few ways that I know that I'm making progress.

Feel great today...
