Well, this week I completed 6 days of running with 7 miles each day. Still on the treadmill running slow and easy to just build that base. Felt great on the runs (outside of boredom) and had no problems completing the runs. I do tend to get a bit tired in the early afternoon's but catch my 2nd wind later in the evening and I'm good to go.
Next week I'll keep on the 7 miles a day pace.
