Still running...

Still running my 1 hour a day. Feeling very very good and I can feel the fitness base coming back. Funny how fast the "Mind" gets used to the hour run after just a few days.



On Sunday I'll up my daily run to 1.25 hours each day. I'll work that in for a few weeks and then make my next increase.



Feeling very good -- not sure if it is for the lack of snow over the last few weeks or the workouts, but I'll take both (last year it snowed just about every day all winter long, had no choice to be better this year!).
