So, the last year or so -- I had lost that feeling that you get after a run/bike/etc -- better known as the Runners High. After you are done with the workout, you get a great feeling where your mind is cleared of all worries and the body is feeling good. This would usually last until I had lunch or supper, then it would slowly go away.
Probably because of my training methods - slow long workouts -- I had lost that feeling. Well, now that I've picked up the pace just a bit -- the Runners High has come back.
Good news....
